Seneca Resources is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Durham, NC for a contract-to-hire role. The position covers preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, roofing, HVAC, and grounds care.
You will document work in our CMMS and uphold safety standards. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in mechanical maintenance, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license.
