Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join our Durham, NC team. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, complete service requests, and help ensure residents enjoy quality living spaces.
You’ll coordinate with residents and teammates, participate in on-call rotation, and follow safety policies. A valid driver’s license and 2–3 years of maintenance experience are preferred.
