The role of the Full-Stack Product Engineer is to collaborate on the development and maintenance of the Company core application, responding to user feedback and business constraints in near real-time. You are an ideal candidate who possesses strong knowledge of web based development as well as clean code patterns for solving data driven challenges. Using Google Cloud stack, Ruby on Rails application.

Develop applications using modern web technologies and tools, including Ruby on Rails & Kubernetes, deploy code to Google Cloud with Dev Ops pipeline.

Write thorough tests (RSpec, capybara, end-to-end)

Hone your mentorship and software design skills by coaching other developers, code pairing, and facilitating workshops sessions.

Drive technical decisions on a multi-functional, Agile team alongside product management, product design, and product marketing.

Working closely with every member of the team, you will produce significant components of the Company code.

You will be in constant communication with the team to understand what features of the platform need to be built out, and solve bug fixes when necessary.

When it comes to product and engineering on Company, buck stops with you and the Dev Coordinate, roll up your sleeves, do what’s necessary to get the ball moving forward.

Are self sufficient when it comes to Figure out how to solve problems and make things happen, not waiting for permission.

Have a strong business sense, you can foresee potential issues and solve them quickly

Have a bias towards action. Ability to solve problems end-to-end on their own. You will implement ideas and experiments on your own with minimal support

Have experience working in a senior software engineering role, you are an expert when it comes to coding and you’re ready to roll up your sleeves to get the job done!

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams

Strong interest in building data driven apps in Legal Tech

3+ years of experience

You are a Ruby engineer with experience building and shipping front-end and back-end features on a Rails

You are an expert at using third party gems and external APIs for existing features

You are comfortable with postgres databases: migrations and

401(k) plan
