Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team and play a key role in building innovative digital experiences.

As part of a Scrum team within Digital Platforms Technology, you will work on all components of our web applications and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding customer solutions.

This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

• Collaborate with Squad Lead, Scrum Master, Developers, QA, and Architects to design, build, test, and deliver features for digital platforms.
• Develop scalable, maintainable solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
• Participate in technical and design discussions to decompose complex business problems into efficient solutions.
• Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support deployment processes and maintain application performance and security standards.

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering (experience in financial services is a plus).
• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile software development methodology.
• Proficiency in server-side technologies:
  Java EE, Apache Tomcat, Spring MVC/Spring Boot, Maven.
• Knowledge of RESTful service integration, object-oriented design, and secure application development.

• Experience with Dev Ops practices including SCM, CI/CD, monitoring, and deployment.
• Familiarity with enterprise application architecture patterns and orchestration frameworks (e.g., Apache Camel).
• Experience with client-side testing frameworks (e.g., Jasmine, Karma).
• Knowledge of Docker containerization and AWS cloud deployment.
• AWS certifications are a plus.
• Understanding of accessibility standards (W3C WCAG).
