Software Engineer in Test

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using validated technical skills such as Java, Python, SQL, HTML, and JavaScript.

Conduct native and cross-platform testing using tools like Appium, Selenium, and Playwright.

Integrate and manage automated testing within Dev Ops pipelines, utilizing tools like Jenkins and Docker.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test cases, execute testing, and generate test reports.

Balance automation efforts with manual testing to ensure comprehensive test coverage.

Participate actively in Agile sprints, applying best practices in test-driven development and continuous improvement.

Manage test cases and test data effectively to support ongoing automation and manual testing activities.

Quickly learn new technical skills and adapt to changing project requirements.

Required Qualifications Minimum of 6 years of test automation development experience using Java or a similar language.

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a technology-related field such as Computer Science or Engineering.

Demonstrated experience with test automation tools such as Playwright and Selenium.

Proficiency in source code management and software delivery lifecycle tools like Git and Bit Bucket.

Validated technical skills in SQL, HTML, JavaScript, Java, or Python.

Experience testing native applications or cross-platform applications, preferably using Appium.

Proven experience in Dev Ops practices, CI/CD pipelines, including Jenkins.

Experience with containerized test execution using Docker.

Strong understanding of test case management and reporting tools.

Ability to work independently within Agile teams and familiarity with tools like JIRA.Quick learner with the ability to apply new technical concepts rapidly.
