Head of Fitness Programs

Join a rapidly expanding health club and take charge of our fitness team! In this dynamic role, you'll create unforgettable experiences for members and drive personal training growth, all while ensuring a safe, inviting, and enjoyable environment as you help members reach their goals.

• Recruit, mentor, and oversee a team of certified trainers
• Conduct New Member Orientations, movement assessments, and trainer-led sessions
• Increase personal training revenue by setting clear targets, tracking progress, and achieving results
• Supervise daily fitness operations including scheduling, payroll, billing, and equipment maintenance
• Ensure safety standards are met, address member feedback, and serve as Manager-on-Duty as necessary
• Collaborate with the General Manager to establish budgets, generate reports, and strategize for growth
• Lead by example!

• A leader passionate about mentoring trainers and motivating members
• Highly organized, results-driven, and comfortable with reporting and administrative systems
• Warm, professional demeanor and willingness to work flexible hours

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (mandatory)
• Current CPR/AED certification (mandatory)
• Experience in fitness management or personal training (preferred)
• Degree in exercise science/kinesiology or related field (preferred)
