J Rose Enterprises in Durham, NC is seeking entry-level Class A CDL drivers for an Over-the-Road (OTR) trainee program. You will train with an experienced mentor while traveling across all 48 continental states, with a structured ramp to solo driving and pay increases.
The program includes paid orientation in Springdale, AR, a daily training rate, and milestones increasing CPM after 3 months and after one year. Expect about 2,500 miles per week and full benefits once you’re eligible.
