Inspect incoming freight/packages for defects and/or damage and notify supervisor/manager in a timely and proactive manner;
Verify all details of incoming materials by recording shortages and discrepancies on the freight receiver and packing list;
Communicate effectively to ensure on-time deliveries, while maintaining and controlling shipping and receiving records;
Tag, stage and palletize raw material as it is received from outside vendors;
Load and unload trucks and material handling.
