Supervisor, Quality – Fulfillment & Warehouse Operations

Join Millennium Print Group as a Supervisor, Quality! We are seeking a hands‑on Quality Supervisor to lead fulfillment quality operations within our warehouse environment. This role is ideal for a quality-focused leader with experience in fulfillment, distribution, or warehouse operations who thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting.

Location: Raleigh, NC

Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite

• Supervise fulfillment quality operations for inbound and outbound shipments
• Perform quality inspections to ensure orders meet company and customer standards
• Lead, train, and develop warehouse quality team members
• Monitor quality metrics, investigate issues, and drive corrective actions
• Partner with operations, security, and QMS teams to maintain compliance
• Enforce safety, OSHA, and quality standards across warehouse operations

• High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
• 4+ years of supervisory experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution quality
• Strong knowledge of quality control, audits, and fulfillment operations
• Experience with ISO, OSHA, 5S, or continuous improvement practices
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
