Almac Group is currently seeking a 1st shift Warehouse Coordinator for our Durham, NC location. The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for verifying and packing clinical site orders. Order processing is limited to the following types of shipments:
- Controlled room temperature
- Refrigerated
- Picking Material for distribution orders
* Hours are7:30-4pm
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Review documents for clarity, correctness, completeness and compliance
- Perform verification checks of documents and clinical material prior to distribution.
- Pack customer orders based on customer specific protocols and their specific Distribution Instructions
- Generate UPS and Fed Ex shipper address labels
- Pick Distribution Orders
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED
Work Experience:
- 1+ years in a distribution or warehouse environment
- Clinical Trials, pharma, biotech, or other regulated industry
- Shipping experience
- ERP system(s)
- Medical, Vision & Dental benefits from the 1 st of the month following start date
