- Direct and coordinate daily warehouse and mail operations for accuracy and efficiency

- Collaborate with other functional teams and support operational projects to meet business objectives
- Maintain warehouse equipment and facilities, initiating necessary repairs or replacements
- Implement and uphold standards for documentation, reporting, and compliance with company policies
