Management Accountant

Talent Finance are partnering with an established international manufacturing business to recruit a Management Accountant on a fixed term contract for 6 months. Working as part of an international finance function, this is a broad role with responsibility across month end, financial reporting, balance sheet and P&L analysis, general ledger accounting, intercompany, audit and statutory reporting. You will also work closely with operational stakeholders and support ongoing process improvement and finance transformation initiatives.

The successful candidate will be CIMA or ACCA qualified , with strong technical accounting and reporting experience. Manufacturing experience would be highly desirable, particularly exposure to inventory accounting, enabling you to quickly understand the environment and add value from the outset. Strong systems capability is also important.

Experience of Net Suite and/or SAP would be particularly beneficial, alongside advanced Excel skills and experience working with larger ERP systems. Key experience:
• CIMA or ACCA qualified
• Strong management accounting and financial reporting experience
• Manufacturing experience highly desirable
• Exposure to inventory accounting
• Experience with in an international or multi entity environment beneficial
• Strong ERP systems experience, ideally Net Suite and/or SAP
• Advanced Excel skills
• Proactive, commercially minded approach with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment This is an excellent opportunity to join an international business during a period of change and development, with the opportunity to gain broader exposure across the finance function and contribute to ongoing systems and process improvements.
