The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately transferring data from the original system to a new platform, ensuring information is correctly entered, validated, and maintained throughout the transition process.

Key Responsibilities

• Transfer data from an existing system into a new database.
• Verify and validate information to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Identify and resolve any data discrepancies, duplicates, or missing information.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company data.
• Update records and ensure information is current and accurate.
• Liaise with internal departments to clarify and obtain missing data where required.
• Undertake general administrative duties associated with the data migration project.

Person Specification Essential Requirements

• Previous experience in an administration or data entry role.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
