Gleeson is looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our high-volume on-site construction team. You will work with external partners and subcontractors while collaborating with our onsite Sales team to deliver affordable quality homes and maintain 5

The role requires CSCS, SMSTS, NVQ4 or equivalent, First Aid at Work, CISRS scaffold and a Full UK driving licence, with a strong emphasis on safety, schedule adherence and proactive site leadership on housing
