The Opportunity

We are recruiting for an experienced Site Establishment Supervisorto support the mobilisation of a major water infrastructure project within the Northumbrian Water framework.

This is a key role responsible for ensuring construction sites are fully established and operational before the main delivery teams mobilise. Working closely with the client, project teams and supply chain partners, you will coordinate all aspects of site setup, ensuring projects are safe, compliant and ready for construction activities to commence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the mobilisation and establishment of new construction sites.
• Coordinate the installation of site compounds, welfare facilities and office accommodation.
• Arrange temporary services, including power, water and communications.
• Organise site security, fencing, gates and access control.
• Coordinate temporary access roads, hard standing and car parking areas.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and local stakeholders to ensure all mobilisation activities are delivered on programme.
