Job Description

Join our team as a Part-Time Dental Therapist at a high-end private practice in Durham. This role is designed for a motivated clinician who wants to feel valued supported and able to work to their full scope without the pressure and burnout often found elsewhere.

We offer a therapy-only diary no hygiene and a stable patient list transferred to youproviding monthly income in addition to fee-per-item earnings.

Split: 2030% depending on experience Split increases as you progress through in-house training and expand your range of treatments.

Your starting split is determined by your skill level in delivering general dentistry. This will be developed and refined through our structured in-house training which directly increases your hourly rate as you grow.

Our treatments range from 30-minute buccal composites to 100-minute quadrant dentistry ideally completed under rubber dam. All work carries a 2-year guarantee.

Requirements
  • Part-time: 1 full day to start with potential to increase
  • Working hours:

    9:00am 5:00pm (1.5-hour break)
  • Diploma in Dental Therapy with minimum 3 years experience
  • Private practice experience preferred
  • Clinical portfolio showcasing general dentistry cases
  • Willingness to adapt to our workflow and work closely with the principal dentist
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ambitious positive and a strong team player
Interview Process

If shortlisted a hands-on skill test will be required as part of the interview.
