Job Summary
Our Client is looking for a Music Teacher to work within a highly successful mixed secondary school based in Durham. This is a full-time position starting January 2026.

The successful Music Teacher will teach across KS3 and KS4, joining a thriving Performing Arts faculty with excellent facilities and strong student engagement.
Experience and Qualifications- Music Teacher
- Be enthusiastic, inspiring and creative in lesson delivery
- A formal teaching qualification with QTS (i.e. PGCE)
- Legal ability to work within the UK
This 11–18 mixed school has around 1,200 pupils and a proven record of academic and artistic excellence. In 2024, 94% of students achieved grades 9–4 in English and Maths, and Music achieved an impressive 93% pass rate.
