Are you a Childhood Studies graduate ready to make a real difference in children’s lives? Protocol Education is looking for passionate graduates to join as Learning Support Assistants and SEND Support Assistants from January.

• Long-term roles: Support pupils with SEND needs throughout the year.

• Day-to-day supply work: Gain experience across different schools and age groups.

• 1:1 & small group support: Help pupils thrive in literacy, numeracy, and social skills.

• Classroom support: Assist teachers in creating inclusive, engaging learning spaces.

• Degree in Childhood Studies or related field

• Enthusiasm for supporting children’s learning

• Available from January 2026

• DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
