Teaching Assistant – SEND
Durham. Immediate start. 8:30‑3:30pm. Daily rate: £90+.
OverviewAn opportunity has arisen for a SEN Teaching assistant to work within a SEN school in Durham.
ResponsibilitiesDo you feel comfortable supporting a range of SEND? Do you have an understanding of SEMH? Do you have experience of challenging behaviour?
Requirements- Experience working with SEN pupils and SEMH pupils
- Understanding of challenging behaviour
- Great ability to interact with pupils and keep them engaged
- Dedicated one‑to‑one consultant and a team of friendly consultants
