Teaching Assistant - Primary Schools (County Durham & Surrounding Areas)
Location:
Middlesbrough, Teesside
Pay: £507.00 – £550.00 per week
Hours:
Monday – Friday | 8:30am – 3:30pm

The Role - Teaching Assistant - Primary Schools (County Durham & Surrounding Areas)
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
Promote inclusion and acceptance for all pupils
Deliver small-group and one-to-one intervention or catch-up sessions
Support pupils with individual learning and pastoral needs
Work closely with class teachers to plan, adapt and evaluate lessons
Help create a positive, safe, and engaging classroom environment
Essential Requirements
Recent and relevant experience in an education setting
Strong numeracy and literacy skills
Level 2 or Level 3 qualification (CACHE, Childcare, NNEB) or relevant experience
Ability to work effectively under the guidance of the classroom teacher
