We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to become part of our supportive secondary school community. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference, helping students access the curriculum, build confidence and develop the skills they need to succeed.

Working closely with teachers and the SENCO, you will support students both in lessons and through small group interventions, helping to raise attainment and promote inclusion. You'll play a key role in creating a positive, safe and engaging learning environment, encouraging independence, supporting wellbeing, and ensuring every student feels valued.

Please note that we operate a probationary period of 4 months across all jobs in the Trust. You will receive a comprehensive induction to support you to successfully pass your probation.
