In this role you will be working in a close-knit team of 3 to improve quality functions across a busy production site. You will help improve the QMS across the business, assist with auditing to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards, plus handle customer complaints and perform RCAs. Founded 40 years ago, this company are world leaders in the development and manufacture of specialist materials for use in the medical industry.

The Role:

Working in a team of 3 to improve quality across a busy production site Conducting audits to ISO 9001/13485 standards Recording NCRs, conducting risk assessments, and handling customer complaints Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
