You will be responsible for leading a team of 3 (1 Engineer & 2 Production Operatives) as well carrying out maintenance, fault-finding, and planned preventative maintenance on a range of fully automated production machinery, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency.
Sector – Factory Maintenance Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Engineer Supervisor- Either Electrical or Mechanical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Engineering qualifications either Electrical or Mechanical.
- Hands on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a factory.
- Be willing to be a Hands-On Engineering Supervisor.
- Recognised engineering qualifications either Electrical or Mechanical.
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working as a Supervisor or Team Leader within a Industrial Manufacturing environment.
- Working for a market-leading manufacturing business.
