IFA Financial Planning Administrator | Derby | £35,000  Benefits We are looking for an experienced Financial Planning Administrator for a long-established, Chartered Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) practice in Derby — £35,000 FTE plus benefits, with genuine progression to a senior or management role as the team grows. This is a hands-on role taking ownership of complex cases from instruction through to completion, working closely with the firm's IFAs, Paraplanner and wider administration team. You'll quickly become a point of reference for complex administration matters, with real scope to influence process and service quality, and a clear path towards a future senior or management position.

Key Responsibilities Manage complex financial planning administration from instruction to completion Process new business applications across pensions, investments and life assurance Liaise confidently with providers, platforms, clients and advisers to resolve queries Maintain accurate records and workflows on Intelliflo Coordinate annual client reviews from preparation through to completion Provide paraplanning and commission reconciliation cover when required About You

Experience with in an IFA, wealth management or financial planning environment Confident handling complex financial planning and new business cases Good working knowledge of pensions, investments, life assurance and Intelliflo (or similar) Excellent attention to detail, organisation and communication skills Proactive, with the judgement and confidence to take ownership of complex work Salary & Benefits £35,000 FTE, pension scheme, Death in Service (3x salary) 33 days' holiday FTE (inc.
