Durham-based Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is currently seeking a Senior Social Worker Practitioner for the Next Steps Team. This 3‑month locum role is full‑time and pays £32.73 per hour, focusing on supporting 16 and 17-year-olds as they transition toward adulthood through pathway planning and youth-centred care.
You will work within a dynamic team, coordinating with residential homes and partner agencies, co-producing safety plans, and promoting the young person’s voice in every aspect of care
