-8 AM About the Role Routes Healthcare is seeking a Female Complex Care Assistant to provide 1-to-1 care in a client's home . You will support individuals with learning disabilities challenging behaviour and complex health needs , helping them live safely, comfortably, and independently.

Key Responsibilities Deliver person-centred care with dignity and respect Support medication and clinical observations Assist with nutrition and epilepsy (training provided) Follow individual care plans Maintain accurate care records Work closely with families and healthcare professionals
