Experience of assessing people with physical health, mental health, cognitive, learning or communication needs Great listening skills and the ability to build positive relationships that put customers at the heart of decisions. Confidence working collaboratively with colleagues and partner organisations to achieve the best outcomes for customers Knowledge of professional standards, clinical guidance and balanced risk management approaches. The practical bits Temporary (12 months), full time (37.5 hpw) providing support to vulnerable young people. The office base for this role will be Mercury House; however, the position will involve working across three supported accommodation services located in Brandon, Consett, and Shotton Colliery providing support to vulnerable young people Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.

You'll spend one day a week at each supported accommodation service, with the remaining two days supporting Central Resource Teams (CRT) across the region, helping to improve service delivery and share best practice. You need a vehicle insured for business use, and we pay your mileage.

You also need an Enhanced with barring list DBS check (we pay)
