Construction​/Cabin Cleaner in DL, Hury

Encon Staffing are currently seeking a Construction/Cabin Cleaner to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in construction sites and cabin environments. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work, with a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic. • Clean and sanitise cabins, construction sites, and surrounding areas to high standards of hygiene
• Remove debris, dust, and waste materials from work spaces efficiently
• Use specialised cleaning equipment and eco-friendly cleaning products as required
• Maintain cleaning schedules and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed within designated time frames
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
• Assist with organising supplies and restocking cleaning materials as needed

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good physical stamina to perform manual cleaning tasks over extended periods
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning operations
• Reliable with a strong sense of responsibility and punctuality
