Thisimportant roleis the public face of theDoor Supervisory Team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Readilyinteractwithallvisitors/tenantswithinthe
  
  Venuesdeliveringfirstclass customer focused service

• Carryoutregularpatrolsofthe Venuesasdetailedinthesite assignment
  
  Instructions being always proactive

• Continuouslylookforopportunitiestobeofassistancetovisitorsatthe Bars and Restauraunts proactively helping wherever opportunities arise

• Safeguardallthevenues and Car parking areasaresafeandnon-threateningenvironmentforallvisitors/tenants.

• Ensuringallincidentsaremanagedinaccordancewithsitepoliciesandprocedure

• Liaisingwithsitecontrolroomproactivelyreactingtoincidentsandensuringcolleaguesarefully briefed and always supported

• Ensureanyunsecureareasofthesitearereportedto Control Roomimmediatelyandaction  taken to resolve

• Record/logallnon-conformancesandemergencieswiththeappropriatecontrolroomoperatives

• Dealefficientlyandeffectivelywithallemergenciesensuringthe Centreteamarekeptfully always informed

• Intelligentunderstanding ofhumanbehaviourmonitoringandsurveillanceofsuspect individuals logging and reporting incidents in line with site/company polices

• Maintainvigilanceandhighlight/manageunauthorisedaccessbybannedindividuals

• Ensureradioproceduresarealwaysadheredto

• Ensureallevents/incidentsarerecordedinthe
  
  Staffnotebookcorrectlyandnotebook policies are always adhered to

• Undertakeanyotherreasonabledutiesasrequiredtomeettheneedsofthebusiness.

• Anyotherreasonabledutiesasrequestedbyyourlinemanager

• Ensureatimelyresponsetoallsecurityissuesandevents

• Completealltrainingrequirementsasrequestedbylinemanager

• Beavailabletocoveratleast oneadditionalshiftpermonthifrequestedtocover absence/annual leave

• Liaisecloselywiththe Environmental Servicesteamdeliveringoneserviceandhighlight  opportunities in working as one team

• Be professional pleasant friendly courteous and helpful always whilst carry out duties to the highest standard

• Oneteamapproach

• Previous Door Supervisory Experience preferred.
• Takeownershipofallsituationstoensuretasksarecompletedorescalatedwhennecessary.
