H&S Manager – Utility-Scale, Ground-Mounted Solar Project 🚨
I’m looking for an experienced, process-driven H&S Manager to support a large, utility-scale ground-mounted solar project
This is a major site environment so we need someone who is strong on H&S systems, procedures and site standards, and who can bring a project team along with them on the same H&S journey.
This role suits someone comfortable operating at scale — where civils, electrical works and high-risk activities are happening in parallel, and where leadership and influence really matter.
What’s key:
Experience on utility-scale / ground-mounted solar projects
Strong H&S background across civils & electrical sites
Confident owning process, governance and site culture
👥 Able to lead, influence and engage teams on live projects

North East England (site-based)
Competitive day rate
Potentially up to 12 months

Early January (for the right candidate)
