Production Operative

Location: County Durham
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing client based in Sedgefield, who are looking to expand their production team with reliable and enthusiastic Production Operatives.

Key Duties:

* Operating machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner

* Conducting quality checks and ensuring products meet required standards

* Following health & safety procedures and company policies

* Supporting the wider team to meet daily production targets

* Maintaining cleanliness and order in the work area

Ideal Candidate:

* Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is desirable

* Strong work ethic and attention to detail

* Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions

* Comfortable working on a rotating shift pattern

* Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced setting
