Production Manager (Electrical Manufacturing / HV) £50,000  Progression  Training  Company Pension  25 Days Holiday  Free Parking Norwich Are you a Production Manager with experience in electrical manufacturing, looking to join a rapidly expanding High Voltage engineering company where you'll have the autonomy to lead manufacturing operations, drive continuous improvement and play a key role in delivering nationally significant infrastructure projects?

This company are specialists in the design, manufacture, installation and commissioning of high voltage electrical systems for the UK's Transmission and Distribution network.

With an excellent reputation for quality and continued investment in both people and facilities, they are now looking for a Production Manager to lead their manufacturing team. In this varied role, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the production facility, leading teams of panel wiremen, fitters and supervisors whilst ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.

You will oversee production planning, coordinate with engineering and procurement, monitor KPIs, support Factory Acceptance Tests and drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives across the business. This role would suit a Production Manager from an electrical manufacturing background with experience in control panels, switch gear or electrical assemblies who is looking for a long-term leadership opportunity within a growing engineering business.

The Role:

Lead and manage the manufacturing facility and production teams Plan and schedule production to achieve customer delivery targets Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Stores and Commissioning departments Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S and continuous improvement projects Develop production KPIs, improve efficiency and reduce rework Support Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) and maintain quality standards
