• Valid real estate license with RECO
• 2+ years’ experience in residential real estate sales
• Good knowledge of the local real estate market in Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa is essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in real estate software and tools
• Valid driver's license required
