Why you'll want this one £50,000–£60,000 basic plus a car package — on an office-based role You choose what the brand sells: full ownership of the range, from trend to shelf The creative core of the job — spotting where interiors are heading and creating the ranges off the back of it Direct international sourcing, factory relationships and travel to source in person A capable team running the commercial and operational detail around you One of the UK's largest privately-owned groups behind you, turning over into the billions, with a real path to senior commercial leadership The role You'd own product selection and range strategy end to end — reading interior and furniture trends, finding new products and the partners to make them, curating collections that sell, and shaping the product identity a brand is known for.

You'd lead a small team while the operational detail is handled around you. Made for you if you know interiors You don't need to have come from pure buying.
