Car Sales Executive Wolverhampton About the Sales Executive Role We are looking for an ambitious, driven, and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our successful and growing team in Wolverhampton. This Sales Executive opportunity is ideal for someone who has the right attitude, work ethic, and desire to earn. Previous motor trade experience is not essential . We are far more interested in finding the right person with the drive to succeed and a passion for working with customers.

Joining an established team of five successful sales professionals, the successful Sales Executive will benefit from excellent support, training, and genuine earning potential. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit one or two additional team members. Salary & Benefits Basic Salary: £22,500 OTE: £45,000 Company Car Included Full training provided Excellent earning potential Career progression opportunities Supportive and experienced management team Motor trade experience is not required.

Candidates from retail, hospitality, customer service, telesales, field sales, and other customer-facing backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Working Pattern 8:00am 6:00pm Rotating schedule: 6-day working week Followed by a 4-day working week Average of 5.5 days per week 1 full weekend on, 1 full weekend off Day off during the week when working a full weekend

Key Responsibilities As a Sales Executive , you will:
Welcome customers into the showroom and deliver an outstanding buying experience. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles. Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives. Manage enquiries from telephone, email, and online channels. Present finance and additional product options. Build long-term customer relationships and generate repeat business. Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on all opportunities. Achieve individual and team sales targets.
