The store trades from 9:00 am–5:30 pm, Monday to Saturday, and is closed on Sundays. Saturday availability is essential.

Priority Recruitment are excited to be working with a leading telecoms franchise to recruit a 30-hour Sales Advisor for their store on Durham High Street.

What you’ll be doing :

Welcoming customers and creating a friendly, professional in-store experience.
Understanding customers’ needs and recommending the right products and services.
Demonstrating the latest mobile technology, broadband packages and deals.
Working towards individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the sales journey.
Maintaining high standards of store presentation and stock availability.
Working closely with the wider team to drive performance and share ideas.

What we’re looking for:

Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
A confident communicator who enjoys speaking with customers.
A positive, proactive and target-driven attitude.
Someone comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
An interest in technology and the latest mobile products.
The ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced retail environment.
Flexibility to work Saturdays as part of the weekly rota.
