Account Executive

Account Executive – Technology Services Account Management | Customer Success | Renewals | Upselling & Cross-Selling An established and growing technology services organisation is looking for an Account Executive to join its commercial team, taking responsibility for a portfolio of existing customers within the insurance & financial sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building long-term customer relationships while also having the commercial drive to grow accounts through renewals, upselling and cross-selling.

You will act as a key point of contact for customers, developing a strong understanding of their businesses and identifying where additional technology products and services can add value. Core responsibilites:
Managing and developing a portfolio of existing customer accounts Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including IT Managers, CIOs and senior decision-makers Driving customer retention and long-term account growth Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services Managing contract renewals and supporting commercial negotiations Holding regular customer meetings and providing clear updates around services, deliverables and actions Proactively identifying and resolving customer issues before they escalate Working closely with technical, pre-sales and wider commercial teams to develop customer solutions Maintaining accurate CRM records, opportunities, forecasts and account plans Essential

Skills:
