• £34,800 – £38,950 per annum (salary depends on experience)

As a Plumbing Engineer you will undertake the maintenance and repair of plumbing systems in our customers' homes, delivering industry‑leading service and helping us enhance our reputation and drive customer growth.

• Level 2 in Plumbing (certificates must be provided)
• 1st and 2nd fix plumbing experience
• Experience working as a plumber in domestic housing
• Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 penalty points
• Excellent customer‑service skills
• Proactive, "can do" attitude
• Keen eye for detail and problem‑solving skills

To help you settle into your career at Home Serve you will undertake an extensive training programme.

• Week 1 – Attend Head Office in Walsall Monday‑Friday; cover Home Serve, health and safety, receive tools and equipment.
• Week 2 – Be buddy‑up with an experienced Home Serve Plumbing Engineer.
• Where geographically appropriate we will pay for accommodation and meal allowance during induction.
