I am looking for a roofer to work with an established social housing provider in the Durham area.
OverviewThis is an ongoing temporary contract for the foreseeable future.
Responsibilities- Planned maintenance on domestic properties
- Respond to reactive maintenance across the Durham area, including laying felt, replacing tiles, flat/pitched roof repairs, part rendering walls and chimneys, repair brickwork as well as cladding and replacing loft insulation
£20 P/H
8:00AM - 4:00PM, Monday to Friday - 37 hours per week.
Requirements- Time served or relevant trade qualification
- Previous social housing/council house maintenance experience
- Full UK driving license
