About the Service
We support people who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of becoming homeless, including rough sleepers, veterans, survivors of domestic abuse, women and young people.
Accommodation is more than a roof over a head; it provides a welcoming environment that helps people develop and pursue their goals.
About the JobSessional Support Workers are integral to the running of our projects, currently recruiting in County Durham.
Responsibilities- Work with the people we support on a day‑to‑day basis; coach, support and empower them.
- Encourage positive steps toward improving their quality of life.
- Work across multiple projects, learning and developing skills in an extremely rewarding field.
- Payment towards holiday pay.
- Access to our training programme and regular supervision.
