FTC initially 3 months with the option to extend up to 12 months
£13.90 per hour

The role
You’ll support the team with day to day admin, making sure information is accurate, processes are followed, and customers and colleagues get a consistent service. You’ll be trusted to handle sensitive information, keep records up to date, and work safely and professionally at all times.

What you’ll be doing

* Provide general administration support to the depot and wider team

* Keep records accurate and up to date, including any required process and control documents

* Use Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook to produce documents, track information, and support reporting

* Communicate clearly with colleagues and customers, sharing updates and helping resolve queries

* Follow company policies and procedures, including financial controls where applicable

* Handle confidential and sensitive information with care, in line with data protection requirements

* Support the team to work safely by following health and safety policies and safe systems of work

* Promote the right behaviours day to day by working to a high standard, doing the right thing, and supporting the team

What we’re looking for

Essential

* Business administration qualification or relevant admin experience

* Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

* Good written and verbal communication skills

* Organised, reliable, and able to manage competing priorities

Desirable

* Strong general IT skills and confidence picking up new systems quickly

Other details

* You may be required to work at other locations to meet business needs

* You may need to work reasonable additional hours during busy periods
