Remuneration: Circa £120,000+

Part-time or Full-time Performer Dentist required for 3-5 days per week in a modern, newly refurbished, independently owned practice in Dursley.

• £13-£15 per UDA - dependent on experience and skillset
• No UDA target or clawback
• 50% split on private income
• Practicing Principal on-site for additional support and mentoring (if needed)
• Principal has owned the practice for 13 years – excellent local reputation
• Newly refurbished surgeries
• 4 surgery practice
• Intra-oral scanner

• The practice works with a high-quality dental lab
• Large waiting list of patients
• Walking distance to free parking
• Available immediately, start date negotiable

• Full NHS Performer Number
• Local Area Team confirmation
• GDC certificate
• UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
• Indemnity certificate
• Passport
• Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
• Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
• Degree certificate
• CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
• IRMER
• PIN number
