Our client, a well-established engineering and manufacturing business, is seeking a Graduate Draughtsperson to join their team in Gloucestershire. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a CAD background and an interest in design to develop their technical skills within an engineering environment.

Job Description
• Produce and amend technical drawings using CAD software, supporting the design of components and assemblies
• Work with the engineering team to develop designs in line with project specifications and technical requirements
• Assist with design updates, drawing revisions, and technical documentation to ensure accuracy and quality
• Manage workloads effectively and collaborate with colleagues to meet project deadlines
Graduate Draughtsperson
Essential Experience / Skills / Qualifications
• CAD experience, ideally with Autodesk Inventor, although Solid Works or similar packages will be considered
• Experience creating or working with technical drawings
• Interest in design and a relevant engineering background or qualification preferred
• Strong attention to detail, communication, teamwork, and time management skills
• Willingness to learn and develop technical knowledge within an engineering environment
