Lidl GB is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to lead and support the store team both on the shop floor and behind the scenes. You’ll manage cash processes, monitor stock integrity and inspire colleagues, taking ownership in the Store Manager’s absence to keep operations running smoothly.
In return, Lidl GB offers a competitive £38,000–£46,000 per year, 30–35 days holiday (pro rata), a 10% in-store discount, a pension scheme, ongoing training and enhanced family leave, with plenty of progression
