OTE £40k-£50k+

Hours: Thursday - Saturday, 10am - 5pm | Location: Dursley

Looking for a rewarding sales career where you can genuinely help people achieve home ownership?

We're seeking a customer-focused Shared Ownership Sales Advisor to support buyers through every stage of the shared ownership journey, from initial enquiry through to completion.

You'll be the face of the development, providing expert advice on shared ownership products, affordability, eligibility criteria and the purchasing journey. Working closely with purchasers, housing associations and colleagues, you'll ensure customers feel informed, supported and confident every step of the way.

This is a consultative sales role that would suit someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering outstanding customer service and achieving sales targets while making a genuine difference to customers' lives.

What you'll need:

• Experience in new homes sales or estate agency is preferred, but strong sales professionals from other sectors will be considered
• A passion for property, people, and delivering high standards
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• A confident, proactive approach and the ability to manage a busy development site
