The beautiful parish of Holy Innocents in Duval is looking for a faithful and engaging part time Administrative Assistant to manage the administrative aspects of the church's pastoral ministry.

• Manage pastoral ministry registrations, volunteer sign-ups, sacramental records and filing systems through the online data base.
• Provides general support and services as an administration resource for pastoral ministry.
• Assists in communication of programs and events including the weekly bulletin, website, social media, and print media to the community.
• Provides administrative support in volunteer management in recruiting, training, supporting and appreciating volunteers.
• Coordinates parish receptions in collaboration with parish volunteers.

Essential

Job Qualifications:

• Active member of a parish/faith community within the Catholic Church
• Experience and competence with technology
• Willing and able to work Sundays and evenings
• Ability to work with a variety of people and multicultural communities
• Experience with a not-for-profit organization or the Church a plus
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus
