The Town of Duxbury is seeking an experienced DPW Operations Manager to coordinate daily operations of Highway, Transfer Station and Vehicle Maintenance. You will supervise subordinates, manage workloads and ensure safety and quality.
Under the DPW Director, you will plan budgets, oversee contracts, and implement paving and maintenance programs. A Bachelor’s degree and 7–10 years municipal experience are required;
Class B license and hoisting engineer license preferred.
