7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

• 12 months of role experience required with some in the last 12 months.

• Must have at least 24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience within the past 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is preferred (from any number of months).

• Candidates must have an Indiana license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations.
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• 1 month between Per Diem at Program:
  Health Trust Program - Franciscan Alliance.
• 12 months between Staff at Program:
  Health Trust Program - Franciscan Alliance.
• Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Upload certifications or health documents to expedite onboarding.

Labor and postpartum babies/nursery experience.

• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)
• STABLE (Sugar, Temperature, Airway, Blood Pressure, Lab work and Emotional Support)
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, Basic Life Support, Electronic Fetal Monitoring, Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition

• Number of Beds: 15
• Patient Ratios: 1 to 3 couplets; 1 to 1 labor; 1 to 2 antepartum
• Equipment Used on Unit:
  Obix

• Weekends and holidays
• Weekend Shift
  
  Hours:
  
  Friday, Saturday, and Sunday;
  Every other weekend

As needed to assist; not as RN only

5 days maximum time off

2 references from any number of months (any reference type) – required for submission
