Midnight Nurse Supervisor - RN/LPN

ResponsibilitiesThe Nurse Supervisor will manage a team of nursing personnel, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and corporate guidelines. Key duties include:
- Coordinate resource utilization and timely care interventions.
- Promote teamwork and facilitate interdisciplinary communication.
- Maintain patient and family satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
- Valid RN or LPN license.
- High ethical standards and knowledge of nursing procedures, laws, and regulations.
- Leadership and supervisory skills; ability to make independent decisions.
