What You Bring

• Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching.
• Demonstrated strength maintaining high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
• Ability to assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Competency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting our loyalty program.
• Ability to maintain a clean, safe environment complying with all health and sanitation procedures.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft products such as Word, Excel).
• High School diploma or GED preferred; not required with at least one year of Retail Management experience.
• A valid Driver’s License from the state of residence with automotive liability insurance.
• Ability to multi‑task, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
